HELP! "Too many users using Omniweb" message

Sigh.. yes, Wil's right.. but what if I buy a licence (I will have
to do so from my own money, getting my boss to pay for NEXTSTEP
software is pretty much impossible) - can somebody else on the
network simply grab it (as is the case with the builtin-license),
or will I really have this one for myself?

I suspect the former..

Please enlighten us.
