newspost: doesn't seem to work

When I open the URL  news:misc.test (for example) I can read news.
There is an option there to post news.  Clicking on it tries to open
the URL  newspost:misc.test.

This doesn't seem to work though.... it says cannot connect to
newspost:misc.test. 

I cannot find any place to tweak/set a "newspost" host.

Am I doing something wrong?
A bug?

How do I use OmniWeb to post to USENET?

Any help greatly appreciated.
