stopping after partial download

For some reason, it may just be me and this outdated machine, when I interrupt   
a download OmniWeb won't let me keep that page around, it snaps me back to the  
previous page.  I really, really, really wish this wouldn't happen, I don't  
want to always completely download all 70k of some dope's page so I can get to  
the links.

My immediate reason for this comment is that I keep timing out with a  
connecting to the uk, but I can get enough of the page to get to where I want  
to go.
