Mailto: suggestion

I would like to be able to specify a different program to use with
"mailto:" URLs.  I gave up on Mail.app years ago, and prefer to run Pine
in a Terminal window.  Whenever OmniWeb launches Mail.app I have to be
careful to prevent it from stealing everything in /usr/spool/mail/lebay
