Inline Image Blocking Suggestion

The in-line image blocking idea unfortunately depends on us being able to  
do multiple fetches simultaneously, which we can't, as discussed in the  
previous message.

We will be honoring the image size hints in our next version, which will  
make some pages work great without prefetching.

Please do send in your feature requests.  We're working on 1.2 now.  I  
unfortunately can't give release dates, but it'll be a couple of months.   
(In fact, 1.2 has enough new stuff we may call it 2.0.)
