tables?

We don't support tables yet, because we didn't want to be the first, and we  
had no idea NetScape was going to implement them for 1.1.  Basically,  
nobody uses features NetScape doesn't have, and everybody uses the ones they  
do, so for a few months after each release of NetScape we're going to have  
some compatibility problems with the new tags they've introduced.  That is,  
until we get out a new version of OmniWeb.
