HTML 3.0

Hi, all,

	What I'd like to see for the next release of OmniWeb is as much 
HTML 3.0 compliance as possible, with whatever in the HTML 3.0 specs 
looks stable... BEFORE Java compliance and before VRML compliance (though 
it looks as if a nice, seamless integration w/ Geomview.app isn't too far 
off!)
