The 2.0 version of OmniWeb features a completely new web library. (Based
on OBJECTS! REAL OBJECTS! Wheee!) We hope to have all the CERN code gone
from OmniWeb by the end of the week.

The good news is a lot of the bugs you're experiencing with 1.0 are going
away. The other good news is it's just a ton easier for us and you to add
new features. The other other good news is we've added some low-level
features that everyone's wanted. The bad news is some things will be broken
in the beta version that used to work. Don't worry; the final 2.0 release
WILL BE STABLE. Whatever you do, don't panic and think OmniWeb is just
getting worse and worse; sometimes you have to take things apart to rebuild
them better.

Not that we have a beta yet, but I thought I'd prepare you. (Actually, our
current version works pretty well for what it does, but we're still missing
some major functionality in our rewritten version.)

I'll start talking more about specific features when we get closer.
Meanwhile, it's back to the code mines.

PS: Well, ok, one hint -- true multithreading.
