Possible source of an Internal Application Error

I have observed that when I save a file (with the edit app) and reload quickly  
(with OmniWeb, possibly before the save is finished), I often get an internal  
application error.  Based on this observation, I am speculating that this is  
one cause of an internal application error: When OmniWeb tries to read a file  
that is currently write-locked.
