OmniWeb 2.0 comments.

We haven't announced a release date for OmniWeb 2.0.  I don't want anyone  
disappointed, so instead everyone will be pleasantly surprised.  (Look what  
happened to the Command & Conquer guys when they announced a release date.   
Two months ago it was supposed to be out!  Grrrr.)

Your challenge installing OmniImage will be reduced with OmniWeb 2.0, since  
the code to incrementally load GIFs, JPEGs, and TIFFs is all built-in.  We  
are, in fact, the only browser we know of that will incrementally display  
TIFFs.

In other news, Omni has moved into its palacial new offices, and  
unfortunately our T1 link didn't follow us yet.  So, please be patient with  
us if you detect some slowness.  (Our ftp server is still in the old office  
with the T1 line, but our WWW server is over here across a 28K modem.)
