"H6" would be a heading, which we call Title.  Try:

dwrite OmniWeb TitleRTFFont 16

Note that this sets the base size for all headings, which is then altered  
according to what type of heading you select.  So, for example, I think H1  
is 1.8x the size, and H6 is actually a bit smaller.  (Don't blame me, I just  
copied what NetScape does.)

If you don't do these dwrites OmniWeb takes the sizes and font types from  
your global preferences.
