"connection timed out"

Sometimes we try to get into a server and the connection  
times out -- perhaps they are overloaded or something.

However, when we try again later, the "result" of the  
inquiry (and it's failure) is apparently cached and we  
instantly get the error panel "connection failed" from the  
cache, not from the next attempt to connect.

If we quit out of OmniWeb, a new inquiry can be made.

Is there any way to tell the program to go back out and try  
again without having to quit the program and reenter?
