OmniWeb access to Spinner

It does "work", in that it will display the pages, 'least it does for me.  
However it 'un-binaries' them, puts them in a file, then opens that file.
The problem occurs when you select a link that is relative, since it will now  
think that relative links should start with "file:/tmp/blah"....
