PDF and the web

I just put OmniPDF on ftp.cs.orst.  It's in the submissions directory; it  
should migrate to graphics or something.

Please, please feel free to spread this to every ftp site you know.  In  
particular I'd be appreciative if someone would put it up on that great site  
in Germany.  (I apologize but I don't have time to submit it to them all  
myself, or even time to keep track of where they all are and what the  
protocol is to make submissions.)
