Here's a tip for testing PDF viewers

It's a really good online book on the future of the web.

It uses hyperlinked index entries in the back, and hierarchical bookmark  
tags. PDFViewer does 1) a UI for within-document hyperlinks 2) really fast  
thumbnailing of the book 3) nice Omni/IB4 style bookmarks and 4) reasonably  
fast rendering. OmniPDF has a more minimal UI in the release Wil just  
announced and is missing 1-3 but is indeed faster and presumably supports  
net-wide URL linking.
