Funny links or NeXT?

OmniWeb fails for all links on pages like:
http://kvasir.oslonett.no/kvasir/Diverse/  answering

       No Match Found for http:/www.hiof.no/almashriq/

It also call the link
http://kvasir.oslonett.no/cgi-bin/kvasir/go?http%3A//www.hiof.no/almashriq/

Funny thing is that lynx on my NeXT (Dimensions Cube running 3.3) doesn't
fint its way either. Mosaic under X does and lynx on my Indy does too.
