Yes, indeed, I see your point now.  It would certainly be appropriate to  
encapsulate various aspects of your functionality into frameworks which can  
be linked by any app (for instance, MailViewer does this and provides  
Message.framework which any app can link against to be able to compose and  
send mail as well as to read mailboxes, and generally to do all kinds of  
mail-service type stuff).  As a side note, I do not know whether the Message  
framework will be open to the public in 4.0 (it's not really my department),  
but I expect that the eventual goal is to make it public.

Anyway, sounds cool, and I can't wait to be able to drag a web-browser view  
off a palette and drop it in my app!
