Jump to #<name tag> in page created by a cgi-bin script

I seem to have found a problem/bug? in OmniWeb 1.0:

I made a page that is dynamically created from a script based on
the cgi values passed in. The page contains an index on the top with
links to "name tags" within the created document. When a user
selects the link, it is not able to jump to the tag, because it
apparently tries to -reload- the page first, since it is not passing
any cgi values, the script fails.

Example:
	http://www.math.umn.edu/~ivan/test.html

After Submitting the form click on any one of the spot links...
It doesn't work...

If anyone has a way around this, please let me know.

OmniGroup:
You may be aware of this already and have plans to address this
issue in OW 2.0, but I just make sure there was awareness of the
possible bug. This may be inappropriate but, if you try it with
another Web Browser... say Netscape, it works fine.

Thanks,

Ivan
