Spinner is definitely worth a try. It's blazing fast, proxy (boy, are my proxy response times improved!), offers nice HTML preprocessing, and it's graphical (WWW) sysadmin is way better than anything I have seen. Judging from the mailing list, it's CGI interface is still somewhat unstablem, though. Look at http://spinner.infovav.se/ (There are some american mirrors mentioned on that site)

BTW: re OW2.0 features: I wonder if  no one else is looking for style sheet support?
