a feature request -number totals

This may be more trouble to implement than it is worth, but:

Initially I thought it might be a nice feature to have some  
indication in the Bookmarks.html window of the total number of  
bookmarks in the file.  Then I reasoned I could almost instantly  
accomplish that myself with:

grep http Bookmarks.html |wc

However it would really be nice if in the heirarchy of  
Bookmarks.html each heading that is not a bookmark (but is a  
classification of a type of bookmark in the indented heirarchy  
below) "auto-indicated" the number of bookmarks recursively below  
that heading.
