I seemed to have had a brain cramp. The FoundationUserPatch.pkg comes on the  
EOF 1.1 CD-ROM and is NOT on NeXTAnswers (though if NeXT had a heart, they  
would put it there). The patch is for 3.2 and above. It contains Foundation B.  
NEXTSTEP 3.2 does not have Foundation, EOF 1.0 has Foundation A and 3.3 has  
Foundation A'. Is that enough foundations for everyone? So, if you're still  
running 3.2, it appears that you either have to upgrade to 3.3 or get EOF.

I've installed the patch on a 3.2 Intel machine and OW 2.0 seems to run fine  
(except for the bugs of course).
