There are some interesting inconsistencies with Netscape 2.0b3 with this page. OW2 shows certain elements "in place" whereas Netscape 2.0 doesn't (picture of Clinton and Peres, for instance).

However, OW2 seems to mishandle table elements. I've reported a field length determination problem already.
