form in frame -- problem with submit button

Tried filling out a form that had appeared in a frame (by virtue of being  
jumped to from within a frame).  The submit button seemed non-functional  
(though the reset button did work).  Also, one of the SELECT lists didn't work  
properly--I could select something, but when I scrolled it off the top of the  
frame it wouldn't automatically display right anymore.  I could change my  
selection, but until I scrolled it off and back on again I wouldn't see my  
selection light up.


Also, I didn't see my message yesterday go out to the list--but it was in the  
archive.  Am I just confused?
