OW2.0(v1) Proxy problems?

I am encountering proxy problems with OW2.

I have added the same proxy server settings as I had prior to  
this, which work fine for OmniWeb 1

The only difference is the location of the app.  1.0 is located on  
our central file/apps server in the LocalApps file, while 2.0  
resides in my home directory /Apps folder.  Same central server,  
different directories and mounted drives...

Any suggestions?
