frame recognition fails

[James Monroe]

does not display page with frame detecting.

http://friendly.tv1.com/  reports that it will not display on this browser, but it will if you direct it past this home page.

i used MS internet explorer to click past the home page to get this address, which does display mostly correctly:
http://friendly.tv1.com/PreviewListings/grid.tv1?timezone=cst

only missing the image seemingly pointed to by:
C:/NETSERV/ns-home/template/tv1/PreviewListings/gridform.pfx1

anyone else see this problem?
