frame recognition fails

did it display the Welcome to TV1.com(TM) table with fetured sponsors and icons galore in the table?
or just the 
Welcome to the TV1 Friendly User Test

For the moment, our TV1 test site supports only Netscape 1.1 or higher. 
which is what OW2.0 displays on my Intel NS3.3
