Search panel problems

I opened up the search panel found on the start page and tried to make
my own local copy, but saving just doesn't work.  Ok, I thought, I'll
try dragging one of the icons to a new search panel.  That worked, except
that the icon was removed from the original panel (i.e. moved not copied)
and the title on the icon changed from "WebCrawler" to
"[www.webcrawler.com].../WebQuery".  In addition, I found that dragging
no longer worked at all - including URLs and images.  In fact, after going
through this procecure several times and then trying a drag, OW2.0 crashed.
