HTML comments in OmniWeb 2.0

We're awfully swamped for things to do; my current feeling is that if  
you want pages checked use one of the excellent public-domain programs;  
that's what we do in-house.

Writing a parser that both understands extremely bad HTML and flags it  
is actually pretty darn hard.  One or the other isn't so hard, and we  
decided to do the former.  OmniWeb is not supposed to be the only web  
related application in existence; it is supposed to be a great browser  
and an decent source-level editor.
