Special Characters

Sorry if this topic already came up and I missed it, but I noticed a problem when entering special characters (like umlauts, szlig, etc.) into forms with OW 2.

E.g.: szlig

OmniWeb 1 transforms it into %DF (dec. 223), like in:

OmniWeb 2 on the other hand transforms the same character into %7B (dec. 123), which, I think, is a "{"

http://otto.ww.tu-berlin.de/cgi-bin/w3-msql/FB14/sprechst_einzel.html?name=Wei%7Bhuhn

By the way: Does OW2 become faster in the final version? On a 486/66 it is almost as slow as Netscape on a 386SX. ;-)
