Auto change flagging - RIP

Hi...

Normally auto change flagging works fine for URLs like  
http://www.omnigroup.com/Software/OmniWeb/2.0/News.html but if I get the  
page, bring up the inspector and hit "Check Now", the flag gets set to  
"Page was unreachable" (RIP). Getting the page first appears to be key to  
the failure.

Note that I have set all the preference caches values to non-zero.
