Spacing emergency

As far as I know, there is no way to effect spacing between rows, nor
do ruler settings (for line spacing or paragraph spacing) seem to
effect the text within a single row. (is this a bug omni folks? fixed
in OO 3?)
You *can* put more than one paragraph in a row - just use
option-return. Using this you can also put an extra line at the end of
any row to get something that looks like row spacing...
