Spacing emergency

Ciaran is correct. There isn't a graceful way of doing this in Outliner 
2. In Outliner 3 (of course) you'll be able to adjust the line spacing 
on any set of rows.

In Outliner 3 we're trying to turn the style customization knob to 11.
