printing/export bugs in 2.2.6

Greetings,

I have a 2.5 page OmniOutliner document in which I use Helvetica
Regular 12pt and Monaco 10 pt.  On all of the page breaks the lines
are not properly wrapped to the next page, instead the lines are
horizontally sliced, leaving part of the text on the bottom of the
page, and the rest of the text on the top of the next.  Is there
anything I can do about this?  I happens when I print or save as PDF. 
This is the first document I have tried to print that uses multiple
fonts, so I casually suspect it is related.

Also, when exporting to "Plain Text (with tabs)", all of the comment
sections are omitted.  This does not happen when exporting to "Plain
Text (fixed width)".
