sharing with PC

Hi oo-users,

Has anyone out there any experience in coexistence with PC folks. I 
need to send my oo content to a customer using PC. I want him to bee 
able to read and edit the data and then send it back to me. And I want 
his data red back into OmniOutline! How do I do this? Is there any 
OmniOutline alike shareware for the PC reading and writing OPML? Or is 
there some other way to do this?
