hot linked text appearance setting?

I discovered that if I drag a hot link into an
Omnioutliner document that the text will actually work
as a link but I have to manually change it's color and
underline it so it appears as hot linked text.
Otherwise it looks like normal text. Since it links is
there an easy way to get the link to be colored and
underlined?

PS I discovered this when I dragged the hot linked
text from a text edit doc into an outline.
