What Else Does OO3 Have? Hotlinks?

The reason you've been able to do this in Outliner 2 is simply because 
you're using 10.3. You can't copy and paste hotlinked rich text under 
10.2. Outliner 2 is ignorant of all of this and simply renders what it 
was given. When you paste hotlinked text into Outliner 3 you'll get a 
URL attachment with an editable label and URL.
