OmniOutliner 3 Public Beta

Thanks for the comments Kathi - I am glad that I am not the only one
wanting to use OO for task list uses.

Maybe we can persuade Omni to come out with an "OmniTasks" product that
would have such. I personally don't care about all of the "cosmetic"
things such as fancy printing, embedding files, etc - I just want a
tool that'll tell me what I should be doing. (no comments from the
peanut gallery please). I can see that some of these features would be
nice - I just want something where I can juggle my time among several
projects efficiently.

Right now, I use a spreadsheet do do this and sort on the task type and
on the priority. It works, but doesn't give the the hierarchy that OO
would. There is a fine looking web-based product (www.taskspro.com)
that may suit the bill - and they are coming out with a new version
soon. I don't mind setting up a linux server to host such or paying
the Tasks Pro people (see also www.usetasks.com) to host on one of
their servers.
