Background color in rows (oo3 beta4)

Gee, how stupid of me... I always went by the assumtion that
"Appearance" is only limited
to the character format, not the row-wide format :-)
Let the new age of colored rows begin! (and as soon as the pro is out,
named styles, yeah!)
