Use of OmniOutliner for Non-hierarchical Information

Well, don't know about the holy grail (too picky ppl 'round here :-), 
but
yes it would be enough to store links only (actually, that's what I've 
set
up in Devonthink). But this is tricky enough I guess... Just copied a 
file
location into OO3 which includes the part 
"...:ftp.irchelp.org-200411:...",
and this *ftp part only* automatically turns into a clickable link, and 
I have
not found any way around it...

Oh, and yes, I for one really like(d) the idea of good ol' Cyberdog 
aeh...
