Retrieving frequently used URLs

As I have suggested before, I think it might be convenient to use a FileViewer  
GUI for organizing and displaying one's store or URLs (organized into folders).   
The concepts developed for the FileViewer that apply to files seem also to  
apply to URLs.  Another advantage of doing so is use of a *shelf* of URLs that  
one frequently accesses (and which can easily *change* over time).
