Work-around for Proxy+Reloading alerts

By adding:

	Pass /http:*		http:*
	Pass /ftp:*		ftp:*
	Pass /gopher:*		gopher:*
	Pass /wais:*		wais:*

to my CERN-based proxy server's httpd configuration file, I got around the:

	Fatal Error 401 Unauthorized Access Denied
	http://brie.beanie.com/http://www.next.com/

alert dialog that I get when I reload a document with OmniWeb 0.7.5.5,  
running on NeXT hardware.
