	By full SGML-compliance, I mean the ability to parse, map  
to presentation values, and display files marked-up with any  
SGML-conformant DTD, not only the HTML or HTML+ DTD.
	
	To give you an idea of one developer's approach to the  
viewing of SGML documents of any DTD, take a look at the <A  
HREF="http://www.sq.com/panor-pr.html">Panorama</A> product of <A  
HREF="http://www.sq.com/">SoftQuad</A>, which will be bundled with  
NCSA Mosaic, Spyglass, et al.
	
	It would be a big win if this functionality was built-in  
from the start, rather than an add-on viewer.
