Bookmarks in 0.9.1

Hi, all,
	Every time I try to access my bookmark file, I get a very odd error:

An alert panel comes up saying: "Could not open file "[weird ascii 
characters here]"

	The default through the Preferences panel is:
	file:~/Library/OmniWeb/Bookmarks.html

	I'd manually opened: file:/Consult/hussain/Library/OmniWeb/Bookmarks.html
	 	(which is the full path that ~ should have found)
	and it worked fine.

	Any clues?
