- Adding local servers in preferences doesn't work because of a silly bug.

- Bookmarks and start page preferences must be real URLs, and not just  
filenames.  If you're getting wierd errors when you pop up bookmarks, try  
defining the bookmarks file as "file:~/Library/OmniWeb/Bookmarks.html".   
It's expecting a full url, rather than just a file path.  (Somewhat silly of  
it, since it can't support non-files very well anyway.)
