Yet another update... 0.9.3

In a few minutes we'll be uploading OmniWeb-0.9.3 to ftp.cs.orst.edu.   
It'll start out in

ftp://ftp.cs.orst.edu/software/NeXT/submissions/OmniWeb-0.9.3.app.tar.gz

and move to

ftp://ftp.cs.orst.edu/software/NeXT/binaries/wide-area-info/OmniWeb-0.9.3.app.tar.gz

I know, this is getting a little silly, but there were some pretty serious  
bugs in 0.9.2, so we updated it.

Mainly, you'll really, really want 0.9.3 if you speak Japanese or are using  
proxy servers.  Otherwise, it's not completely critical.

If you are using NS-3.2J, you'll want to set your title fonts and fixed  
pitch fonts with something like the following:

dwrite OmniWeb TitleRTFFont GothicBBBHelvetica
dwrite OmniWeb FixedPitchRTFFont FixedGothicBBBCourier

Also, Japanese users should make sure "Assume upper chars are ISO 8859-1"  
is off when accessing EUC pages, or it'll munge around trying to convert  
special characters into NEXTSTEP encoding.
