reload with proxy

I'm using 0.9.3 with a CERN 3.0 caching proxy.

When I try to reload a page (eg using Browser/Reload), OmniWeb reports an  
error
	Fatal Error (#404)
	No Match Found for http://proxy/http://server/path
where "proxy" is the address of the proxy server.

The server's log show a request
	GET /http://server/path
rather than what I would expect
	GET http://server/path

I suppose this might be a server error, but initial fetching of pages works  
fine and lynx doesn't have a trouble with the proxy.

BTW is there a way list of known bugs available to check before mailing the  
list?
