Note on CD-ing thru directories

I think, too, that this would be the right solution.

I know of another case where the xx/xx/xx/ method fails: On some ftp server  
there can be special cd xx which take you to special places:

Try "ftp://ftp.informatik.uni-muenchen.de/next/", which is actually  
"ftp://ftp.informatik.uni-muenchen.de/pub/comp/platforms/next/". So  
"ftp://ftp.informatik.uni-muenchen.de/next/1/" which currently works would  
otherwise fail.
