Still going: Multible of opens in PR2

I noticed in previous versions that OmniWeb seemed to enjoy opening a file  
two or three times after downloading it.  I seem to remember someone  
mentioning it previously, and figured it would be fixed in PR2.  Well, it  
isn't.  The problem only appears to affect Opener.app, but it isn't the  
fault of Opener.app--using it from any other app causes the expected  
behaviour.

It would be really nice if this problem could be fixed, since it ends up  
flooding my screen with error dialogs and grinding my machine into the  
ground while I race for a Terminal window to try and kill the three gnutar  
processes that happen to be running.
