Background Graphics not visible in OmniWeb

Simple answer...Netscape 1.1b now utilizes HTML3.0's extended tags, including  
tables and backgrounds etc. OmniWeb does not. Hopefully it will as well soon.  
Until then use Netscape if you like HTML3.0. I know I do.
