Background Graphics not visible in OmniWeb

I think BACKGROUND is a purely Netscape extension to HTML and is
not in the current HTML3.0 spec. Tables are part of HTML3.0,
although Netscape's tables have attributes not found in the 3.0
spec.  There is quite a bit in the (still under development)
HTML3.0 spec not supported by Netscape.
	There are many features to HTML3.0 I look forward to
seeing supported in the standard browsers; e.g., tables, math,
text flow around inline images, style sheets, ...  I would much
rather see Omni and other developers work towards implimenting
these features than react to Netscape's extensions.
